By using our website and/or using the services that are provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions unconditionally extend and apply to all related applications, internet service, or website extensions. If you are not in agreement with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using this website and you may discontinue use immediately. PT-Labs recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. PT-Labs reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is important to understand that ALL TRADING THROUGH PT-LABS IS SIMULATED. AT NO POINT DO ANY TRADES OCCUR IN ANY MARKETS. PT-Labs is not a financial advisor, broker, or legal professional.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
PT-Labs Terms and Conditions (these "Terms" or these "Terms and Conditions") contained in this Agreement shall govern your use of this Website and all its content (collectively referred to herein as this "Website"). These Terms outline the rules and regulations guiding the use of PT-Labs located at pt-labs.co.uk. All materials/information/documents/services or all other entities (collectively referred to as content) that appear on the pt-labs.co.uk shall be administered subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website, and the use of this Website constitutes an express agreement with all the Terms and Conditions contained herein in full. Do not continue to use this Website if you have any objection to any of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
Definitions/Terminology
The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "User", "Visitor," "Client," "Customer," "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person(s) that use this Website. "PT-Labs", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Website/Company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both you and us. All terms refer to all considerations of PT-Labs necessary to undertake support to you for the express purpose of meeting your User needs in respect of our services, under and subject to, prevailing law of the state or country in which pt-labs.co.uk operates (United Kingdom). Any use of these definitions or other glossary in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or pronoun are interchangeable but refer to the same.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own and opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, PT-Labs and/or its licensors own and reserve all intellectual property rights of this Website. You are granted a limited license, subject to the restrictions entailed in these Terms and Conditions, for purposes of viewing this Website's content.
Services
The content of this Website is not intended for use or distribution to any person or entity in any jurisdiction, geographical location, or country/state where such use or distribution will be contrary to the laws and regulations or subject PT-Labs to any form of registration, claims, demands, costs, liabilities, damages, or expenses.
The Website is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot use or register to use this Website or its services. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you have the necessary legal capacity to comply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable Use
You may use this Website only for lawful and legitimate purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When using this Website, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

- No Disruption: You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of this Website, including but not limited to hacking, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any form of network interference;
- No Harm to Minors: If this Website provides content that is accessible to minors, you shall not post or share any content that is inappropriate or harmful to minors;
- No Violation of Privacy: Respect the privacy of others and do not engage in any activity that invades the privacy of users of this Website;
- Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any violation of these Acceptable Use guidelines by other users, please report it to us immediately;
Failure to comply with these Acceptable Use guidelines may result in the termination of your access to this Website and may also lead to legal action or other remedies as deemed necessary.

Payout criteria
The goal of the PT-Labs Structured Trading Program is to evaluate trading ability and not investment strategies (buy and hold) or exploitation of systematic platform flaws. If trader is successful, an offer to trade real capital at a regulated fund will be forthcoming (subject to references, interview, etc.).
Payout in the Earnings phase of the program is 80% of the profit generated by trading + rebate of subscription fee (gross of taxes net of execution fees).
Withdrawal requests can be initiated from the dashboard and will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours. Payout requests require a minimum withdrawal amount of $100.
The first payout could be requested after 5 trading days from when the Earnings challenge begins and requires the account to be at least up 3% in profit. Subsequently, the payout will be on a monthly basis (every 30 calendar days).
The Structured Trading Program
The trading program consists of 4 consecutive sections and trading success must be met by adhering to the trading conditions set out in the above table.
- Qualifier: Determines if you can generate a trading profit.
- Assessment: Determine if you can be consistent with trading objectives.
- Earnings: Determine in a real monetary reward will affect your trading decision making.
- Invitation: Introduction to a regulated hedge fund.
The trading periods are all set at a minimum of 5 days. The trader must trade the same strategy/approach/style in all phases in order to be paid based on performance. Any deviations, will be deemed suspect and investigated.
For the Earnings simulations, the payouts, in general are set at 80% of profits (adjusted for total execution fees of $4.5 per round trip per lot and gross of taxes). However, the standard payout can be mitigated due to lack of diversifying trades, insufficient number of trades or too many “probing, in-and-out trades” searching for a favorable price move. In general, PT-Labs is evaluating traders on the basis of trading ability and professionalism and not on speculative, gambling tactics.
General Notes
The sole purpose of the PT-Labs simulated trading program is to identify possible candidates for a salaried role in a regulated hedge fund. PT-Labs selects those candidates on a 6 month track record of successful trading according to the constraints set out in the TOB (see above). PT-Labs also reserves the right to select exceptional traders sooner than the 6 month time period.
The hedge fund role will be determined solely by the hedge fund and is contingent on the selected trader passing an interview process. Any metrics, statistics and trading criteria applied are determined by the hedge fund and not PT-Labs and it is up to the trader to demonstrate their trading competence.
The selected trader must be prepared to candidly discuss their trading approach/model and show an understanding of basic trading concepts, specifically their grasp of risk management and capital preservation. The trader must also be willing to adapt and modify their trading approach for a real trading environment and apply this approach to related instruments potentially having different margin/leverage constraints and trading dynamics.
It must be understood by all PT-Labs subscribers that trading simulated accounts are neither a fully accurate substitute for real trading ability nor reflect the dynamics of a real trading environment (e.g. market impact, trading spreads, liquidity, slippage, etc.). Simulated trading accounts can only indicate whether a subscriber has awareness of basic rules of trading and methodologies. Trading in a real environment can require the trader to make significant changes to their approach.
Given that simulated environments are only a proxy for real trading PT-Labs reserves the right to cancel a subscribers account at any time.
PT-Labs will provide guidance and coaching for the hedge fund interview process but makes no representations or guarantees regarding acceptance into the hedge fund.
Hedge Fund Consideration
To be considered for the hedge fund position, the trader must show consistent performance for a minimum of 6 months (may be shorter at the discretion of PT-Labs) and to be fully compliant with the terms and conditions set out in this document.
PT-Labs will assist in the preparation and coaching for the interview but makes no representations or guarantees regarding acceptance into the hedge fund.
Relevant Summary (see also Trading Restriction Table above):
- Trial and verification periods: a minimum 5 trading days.
- Draw down set at 10% of initial account size.
- Maximum account usage per trade set at 1.5% of initial account size.
- Maximum daily loss per trade set at 5% of initial account size.
- Total leverage allowed 50:1 per trade.
- No excessive use of leverage or system exploitation. See above table RE: prohibited trades.
- 80% payout net of trading costs but gross of tax.

Unless otherwise stated, PT-Labs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content on PT-Labs. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access any Website content from PT-Labs for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.
PT-Labs hereby restricts you from all of the following:

We reserve the right to request the removal of any links or any particular link to our Website that is created by you. Upon our request, you agree to immediately remove all links to our Website. Any account that remains dormant for a period of 30-days will result in forfeiture of subscription fees.
General Provisions
Language
All correspondence made under this Agreement shall be in English.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions of this Website will be governed by and construed under the laws of the country or state in which PT-Labs operates. You hereby unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
Severability
Suppose any of Terms or Condition is proven to be unenforceable or void under any applicable law. In that case, such shall not render the entirety of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid. As a result, any such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions that are unlawful, void, or unenforceable are deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and do not affect any remaining provisions' validity and enforceability.
Variation of Terms
PT-Labs reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit. By using PT-Labs, you are expected to review such Terms regularly to ensure you comprehend all the Terms and Conditions regarding the use of this Website.
Assignment
PT-Labs reserves the right to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement without any prior notification or consent required. Users shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms. Furthermore, a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any provision contained therein.
Preservation of Immunities
Nothing herein shall constitute a limitation upon the privileges and immunities of PT-Labs, which are specifically reserved.
Waiver
Our failure to exercise any or all of these Terms and Conditions' provisions at any point in time shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, including any legal notices and disclaimers on this Website, constitute the entire Agreement between PT-Labs and you concerning your use of this Website. Ultimately, this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings concerning the same.
Refund Policy and 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of your transaction without providing any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods or services.
Conditions for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period and the platform must not have been accessed at anytime for whatever reason.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, and the funds will be returned using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will not be granted if the service, after subscription/account, remains dormant for a 60 day period.
Exemptions:
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Any service that has been used, with your agreement, before the end of the 14-day period.
